Happy Harbor – Let’s Do Trivia! – 01/23/2025 – Blurb

Greetings and Salutations!  It was good to be back at Happy Harbor in Deale for Let's Do Trivia on a Thursday night!  Weather and circumstances cancelled our game last week.  Thanks to all the teams who support our enterprise each week.  Let's jump into the January 23^rd recap.

The sub-freezing temps did not keep our trivia faithful away.  Breakfast Club had the lower patio all to themselves.  Brookes settled in close to the host station.  Just Us took center stage.  Newcomers, Risky Quizness, may have been in the corner but they came to play.

The first half ended with all teams in contention.  High score was 41 points; low score was 33 points.  The second half was just as competitive.  At the end of regulation play Brookes led all teams with 77 points.  Breakfast Club claimed second place with 69 points.  The 65 points earned by Risky Quizness was good for third place.  Just Us scored 61 points for fourth place.

Last game the house team took the top spot, so the 1^st place prize this week was $80.  We also had 2^nd & 3^rd place prizes this week.  The top two teams wagered zero and neither remaining team submitted a fully correct answer.  The final standings were as follows:

4^th Just Us

3^rd Risky Quizness ($10)

2^nd Breakfast Club ($40)

1^st Brookes ($80)
